Dear Sir / Madam,

I wish to make a complaint regarding the way my family have been treated over the past 4-5 months. Since Nov 29th 2024. 

To date: I still don't know if my 75-75 year old biological mother, Galina Antonovna is alive or dead. I don't know whether to grieve her, or whether she is stuck in care home in Portsmouth.

I was falsely arrested -  invited to Hilsea Police station under false/ bogus pretenses. Told that I would find out what had happened to both my daughters. Instead I was arrested by 6-9 caucasian men / women. My Samsung phone was stolen and still has not been returned.

PC Emma Riley / Emma Campbell admitted the only way to get me to come to the police station was to use my children as bait.

I haven't seen/ spoken to my older daughter in 4 months since all this started. I understand some of the adult women employees have bad-mouthed me to my daughter. Very unprofessional and immature.

The same policewoman woman Daniella Evans that had me arrested, under false pretenses is the same individual that got money to foster parent my older child. 

There is clearly a financial conflict of interest here.

My complaints cover 5 local Hampshire County Council Government agencies:

• Hilsea Police Station Portsmouth, UK Britain
• Kent Family Centre, Bridgemary Gosport, UK, Britain
• Kings Academy Bayhouse School (formerly known as Bayhouse School), UK Britain
• The Limes, St James' (elderly care) Trust Portsmouth, UK Britain

Record-keeping has been poor / non-existent.

Communication has been poor / non-existent.

Information provided to me has been misleading.

Individuals within the above mentioned companies have failed to follow proper procedures.

I understand your online learning company is connected to Kings Academy Bayhouse School in Gosport UK, Britain. Formerly known as Bay House Secondary school.

I understand my year 10 daughter's data/ information was passed on during her time at this school. 

My daughter was deregistered from Kings Academy Bathhouse school 7 months ago. On  Sept 11 2024. 

7 months later,  I continue, to receive emails from Tassomai Ltd regarding her online 'progress' in Maths. Aurora stopped using Tassomai  7 moths ago.

Like I said she was deregistered 7 months ago.

Kindly remove my daughter's details/ data from your records.
