In my humble opinion & amongst other things Russia wants:
Denazification of Ukraine
Removal of Neo Fascism from Ukraine
Removal of Neo Fascist Influences/ Influencers from Ukraine
Removal of Neo Fascist mindset- and
Neo Fascist thinking from Ukraine
That is what Putin wants.
