In reality originate from Israel / Cyprus. They hire people from African countries to bombard people's inboxes
with their nonsense.

irritating trashy/ spam/ scam adverts

Which is based in Cyprus (next to Israel)
Many Israelis consider Cyprus their new home.
Many Israeli settlers have emigrated to Cyprus.
