If Galina Anikeeva has not always been a good judge of character neither have the people listed below. 

Their bad decisions, delusions and mistaken illusions need to be corrected for the sake of all those they have worked against.

Its members need to be thoroughly investigated for fraud, theft, scams, ID-theft, Online, insurance fraud, harassment, hidden-cameras in people's homes, unspeakable activities with children and all sorts of dark web activities. The above named 'adults' and individuals within the school system are bad judges of character. They judge others and themselves 'least correctly / accurately' because they do not realize/ realize who they are and what they represent.

 

In their current jobs these people 'exist'  and 'work' under lies, illusions and delusions.

far outside the remit of their job descriptions
